The SFARM Quality Assurance (QA) activities follows a cycle of Monitoring, Assessment and Improvement. Quality monitoring allows for the planned, systematic and ongoing collection of information. Quality Assessment involves making a judgment on how the actual performance compares to the standards set forth in the QA plan.
Quality Improvement focuses on improving specific aspects of project delivery. The QA of the SFARM project is continuous: it is implemented throughout the project lifetime. It is also systematic; it will be monitored and adjusted through periodic annual quality assurance reports.
The tools that is used for the Quality Assurance of the project are the following:
- Project Meetings feedback form
- Deliverable list and review tracking page
- Common deliverable template
- Deliverable review rubrics
