The Project Coordinator is appointed by the coordinating institution (AUA) and has the ultimate coordination responsibility.
The project is supervised by a Management Board (MB) comprising of one representative from each partner; all of which will have a voting right. The board is responsible for strategic decisions, progress follow-up, adjustments, and conflict resolution. The MB is able to make decisions on behalf of the whole Consortium with simple majority voting.
Internal Quality Assurance process
A Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) is composed of one representative from each partner. Each deliverable to be delivered to the Commission and/or uploaded at the project website is approved by the QAC.
External Quality Assurance process
An Expert advisory board (EAB) has also been created. It is composed of experts in the Agricultural sector at European level, specially invited by the consortium. The EAB supports the project by giving advice on the outcomes of the SFARM project.
